Apply for ASSH International Membership 2019

The American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) is pleased to invite you to apply for ASSH International Membership.
Based on feedback from our international community, we have added a Young International Membership category for international surgeons who are within five years of having completed a post-graduate program in disorders of the upper limb.

International Membership Requirements:

  • Reside outside the United States
  • Have been in practice for a minimum of 5 years
  • Are a member of German Society for Hand Surgery (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Handchirurgie "DGH")
  • ASSH will obtain (2) ASSH Active Member letters of recommendation for applicant    
    Review all Application Instructions and submit a completed application no later than 15 March 2019
     

    Young International Membership Requirements:

  • Shall be within five (5) years of having completed post-graduate education in disorders of the upper limbs
  • Shall evidence an intent to meet the qualifications for and become an international member of the Society
  • Shall reside outside the United States 
  • Shall have the director of the applicant's post-graduate program in disorders of the upper limbs attest in writing to the applicant's successful completion of the program
  • Review all Application Instructions and submit a completed application at any time throughout the year
